Arduino like boards with ARM Cortex-A15 Processor and decent memory

Why people don't manufacture those small Arduino - like boards for robotics with the newest ARM Cortex processors?

Making robots not necessarily means making dumb creatures which reacts straight forward to few sensor inputs.

Today, for serious applications, one needs to use neural networks, genetic algorithms, to work with video stream pictures, to use encrypted data transmission channel for communications with the base.

Certainly, there are great business opportunities there because amateur robotics hobbyists market is just growing?
