Please read carefully Hobby Robotics website usage rules! You have to agree to the following rules in order to get permission to use Hobby Robotics website.

3. Using Hobby Robotics website
3.1. User is allowed to use Hobby Robotics website in accordance with Laws and very high moral standards.
3.2. In case of violation of Laws of Republic of Latvia, European Union, and respective international obligations, or in case when User behaviour is not meeting with high moral standards, Double Solutions reserves the right to perform necessary actions to fix the problem.
3.3. There are no website usage purpose restrictions for User while keeping focused on Robotics thematic, except those restrictions regulated by Laws and these Rules.
3.4. Hobby Robotics will not welcome esoteric style materials and activities. Such information will be removed.
3.5. User must comply with Laws regulating sensitive information disclosure accordingly to his home country's military customs.
4. Intellectual property issues
4.1. Basically, User may use information published in Hobby Robotics website for educational purposes, scientific purposes, communication with other community members, and business contacts establishment. Other ways of using information must comply with respective Laws and intellectual property owner's will.
4.2. User guarantees that he has undisputed ownership over sent-in materials for publishing in Hobby Robotics website, including photos and pictures, text, software, and other attached information. User takes full legal responsibility on any legal problems arising from violation of some Third Person intellectual property rights over submitted materials.
4.3. By submitting any kind of information to Hobby Robotics website, User grants rights to Double Solutions to use submitted intellectual property inside Hobby Robotics website for maximum period of time allowed by law, free of cost.
4.4. Double Solutions may provide submitted information outside Hobby Robotics website for public relations (PR) purposes which are related to Hobby Robotics functioning. Double Solutions may not represent User directly.
4.5. Hobby Robotics website content will be indexed by Internet search engines. By submitting information in Hobby Robotics website, User agrees that submitted information will be indexed by Internet search engines of any kind.
4.6. By submitting any kind of information in Hobby Robotics website, User agrees that in web pages with submitted information Double Solutions may place commercial ads by any advertiser.
4.7. In case of Third Party's intellectual property rights violation, after receiving conclusive argument, Double Solutions will immediately remove Third Party’s intellectual property from Hobby Robotics website, or will change declared intellectual property ownership and usage licensing rules according to intellectual property owner's will, if intellectual property owner will provide such materials in accordance with Hobby Robotics usage rules.
5. Registered User
5.1. User has to register to become able to participate in Hobby Robotics website Community communications, projects, or other activities.
5.2. User has to register to send in news or articles for publishing in Hobby Robotics website. In that case User must comply with Laws requirements related to publicity in Internet magazines.
5.3. User is not allowed to represent Hobby Robotics in any way.
6. Privacy
6.1. Privacy protection is being regulated by laws of Republic of Latvia and European Union laws, and by respective international obligations.
6.2. Double Solutions will collect Registered User’s personal information for Hobby Robotics website functioning purposes. Registered User must provide as minimum his real name, address, contact information, and e-mail address.
6.3. Hobby Robotics website Community Members will not have direct access to other Registered Users' sensitive information.
6.4. Registered User may provide other Community Members with additional information like CV, company profile, additional contact information, etc. In that case Double Solutions will not take ANY responsibility for ANY potential consequences.
6.5. Community Members profiles will remain hidden for Internet search engines.
6.6. Community Members profiles will be accessible to other registered Users.
6.7. Double Solutions will not share Users’ sensitive information in any way. Exception is the case when it is required by Laws.
6.8. Double Solutions will not send spam to Hobby Robotics website Registered Users.
6.9. User may require deletion of his private data and profile by sending e-mail to address privacy@hobbyrobotics.info from his registered e-mail address. User will be removed after response to confirmation e-mail. Please note that this removal will not include removal of any submitted data by this User in the Hobby Robotics website. Remaining data will hold Author identification data.
6.10. Physical hosting of the servers system is provided by the company "Hetzner Online AG" at its hosting center in the Germany. Hetzner Online website is www.hetzner.de
7. Cost of services
7.1. Usage of Hobby Robotics website is free of cost while it is not specially mentioned so.
8. Hobby Robotics website users support
8.1. Users should send support requests to e-mail address support@hobbyrobotics.info
8.2. Unless not stated differently in specially signed contract, exact time for solving issues is not specified.
9. Reaction times for submitted content
9.1. Exact time for moderation and publishing of submitted data is not specified.
9.2. Submitted data may be queued for later publication to ensure that there will be as much fresh content for each day as possible. However, these delays will be kept to reasonable time frame, and content will be examined to determine if such delay is applicable at all.
10. Double Solutions responsibility
10.1. Double Solutions does not take ANY responsibility over ANYTHING that happens, except as it is required and regulated by governing laws.
11. Arbitration rights and governing law
11.1. Arbitration of any disputes shall be performed in court of Republic of Latvia.
11.2. Governing laws are laws of Republic of Latvia and European Union.
